Indemnity Form

1. All shooters and spectators acknowledge that the discharging of firearms in a controlled environment, more specifically that of the African Long Range Hunters Association and notwithstanding any controls in place is a potentially hazardous activity.
2. Shooters and spectators bear the responsibility at all times of taking all such steps as may be reasonably necessary to ensure their own safety.
3. This means that all written or oral commands must be immediately complied with if given by a range officer or any other authorised person.
4. The organizers, their employees, agents or assignees shall not be responsible for any loss, harm or death that may result from any person’s attendance at an event held under the auspices of the African Long Range Hunters Association.
5. The organizers, their employees, agents or assignees cannot be held responsible for the acts or omissions of any person who participates in sport shooting and related activities held under the auspices of the African Long Range Hunters Association or the act or omissions of anyone present at activities held under the auspice of the African Long Range Hunters Association.
6. It is the responsibility of all persons participating in sport shooting events held under the auspices of the African Long Range Hunters Association as well as any spectators and other persons who have accompanied such sport shooters to be vigilant at all times and to act in a manner that does not compromise their safety or that of any one around them.
7. By signing this indemnity you indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, their employees, agents or assignees for any loss irrespective of how such loss arisen and hereby waive your right to institute any claim against the organizers, their employees, agents or assignees consequent upon such loss.
8. By signing this entry form you agree that you have read, understand and will abide by all rules and regulations for the Long Range Hunting Shoot.
